All Canadian charities are invited to provide feedback on Form T3010, Registered Charity Information Return. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is conducting this survey to gather feedback from organizations regarding their experience and method for filing the Form. The survey brings you through a series of multiple-choice questions and then ends with the option for respondents to share open-ended comments. All respondents must have completed the T3010 in the last five years in order to participate in the survey.
