Participate in the 2024 State of the Sector Survey, the fourth in a series initiated by a partnership between Vantage Point, Vancouver Foundation, Victoria Foundation, City of Vancouver, United Way British Columbia and Vancity Community Foundation. 
 
The first two reports in the series were No Immunity (2020) and Unravelling (2021) – which outlined the pandemic’s impact on nonprofits across British Columbia. The findings from the most recent report, Safety Net (2023), reflected that there were signs of stabilization in the sector, and reported feelings of hope and motivation. However, the Safety Net Report also underlined the significant pressures the sector continues to face and the increased need for community services. 
 
This survey is a pulse check to determine the state of organizations in the nonprofit sector and dives deeper into the primary underlying challenges identified in the previous report. The survey aims to provide high-quality data to determine the areas of opportunity and need in BC’s nonprofit sector.
