McLean & Company released the Organizational Retirement Preparation Guide, which provides a blueprint for organizations to effectively manage retirements. The aging workforce is driving an increase in the number of retirees across the globe, with organizations experiencing an increase in skills gaps. By 2030 workers aged 55 plus will exceed a quarter of the workforce, and Human Resources departments need to be well-equipped to manage the potential mass exodus of retirement-aged workers. Human Resources departments need to forecast workforce needs and prepare succession plans to ensure that organizations are prepared for the inevitable transition.
