The Government of Canada has announced the creation of more than 450 internship opportunities for recent graduates through the Science Horizons Youth Internship Program. The internships are made possible through partnerships with environmental science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) employers across Canada.

The  Science Horizons Youth Internship Program provides up to $25,000 in funding to employers for wage subsidies and up to $5,000 in funding to support skills development, training, and job accessibility, per intern. Recent graduates from post-secondary institutions aged 15-30 are eligible to become interns under this program.
