The Future Skills Centre, in partnership with The Conference Board of Canada, released the Breaking Down Barriers Improving the Workplace Experience for Neurodivergent Canadians paper. Neurodivergent workers continue to face barriers in the workplace that inhibit career progression. According to the report, neurodivergent Canadians are unemployed and underemployed due to organizations undervaluing their skills, and in many cases, there are inherent biases among interviewers.
