Feldman Daxon Partners announced their complimentary executive coaching offering to the charitable sector. As trusted advisors and a source of reputable talent management services to many of Canada’s leading corporations, they believe the true value of an organization begins with people. They are honoured to give back by providing one (1) six-month coaching program. The program will be customized to an executive’s development needs, which may include scenarios such as:
- Leadership development for a newly promoted leader.
- A technical expert transitioning to a more people-focused role.
- An incoming leader taking on a role in a new organization.
- A senior executive requiring a confidential thought partner.
Feldman Daxon Partners will review applications from registered charitable organizations that wish to invest in the development of a senior leader. They will select an organization that shares their values and supports coaching as a positive development initiative. All submissions will be held and evaluated in strict confidence. The closing date for receipt of submissions is October 26, 2023.
