The Ontario Nonprofit Housing Association announced that applications are now open for the STEP Grant for community housing providers. The grant program offers professional services to help all housing providers in Ontario prepare for End of Mortgage and/or Operating Agreement (EOM/EOA) negotiations with their service manager. The grant is designed to assist in using pre-qualified vendors within the STEP program and offers up to $15,000 for one community housing provider in each service manager area.
Eligibility:
- Any community housing provider in Ontario
- 6 to 12 months away from a new funding agreement
