E-Commerce enhancements
Your association’s e-commerce experience can go a long way towards delivering an amazing member experience. Prioritize your members by investing in your e-commerce site and ensuring you adopt these latest enhancements to Nimble AMS:
- Buy now — Offer members a quick, single-click purchase option for physical and digital merchandise products. Fewer clicks make buying easier for members and means more revenue for your association. With the buy now feature, you can highlight special pricing to drive sales. You can also indicate when merchandise is out of stock to reduce the risk of abandoned carts.
- Experience Cloud checkout — Now you can support a physical merchandise product with special pricing, inventory tracking, manual taxation, and shipping. Best of all, you can offer a streamlined checkout experience for members to keep them returning to your e-commerce site.
- Currency display — If you have international members, you can now market your merchandise in various currency options. This exciting enhancement works as a feature in the Lightning Store, ultimately helping you sell more and providing an amazing member experience.
Accounting upgrades
Your CFO and accounting team are going to love this enhancement! Now you can standardize exporting transactions to the most common general ledger (GL) systems, including Dynamics GP, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Sage Intacct. You can also configure reports in three file formats to simplify your setup. You’ll love these upgrades because of the point-and-click customization and the reduction in implementation cost and complexity.
Chapter transfer
In the Winter ‘21 release, Nimble AMS Chapters was launched. Nimble AMS Chapters lets you organize resources for association members and provides a location for Chapter Leaders to manage and operate the chapter. Chapter Members have a central way to connect with leadership and other members and learn about upcoming events.
With remote and hybrid work on the rise, you needed an easy way to transfer membership for Chapter members. With Summer ’22, Nimble AMS has delivered chapter transfer. Chapter transfer enriches chapter management functionality with a user-friendly wizard and reduces implementation costs.

Good news, everyone—the Health Dashboard is now generally available! If you haven’t already requested the Health Dashboard be added to your org, now’s the time. Use the Health Dashboard to identify how much of Nimble AMS you’re utilizing and what other features you need to implement to truly maximize your AMS investment. You can also access an overview of Nimble AMS features to learn what they do, how to enable them, and how to leverage them to your association’s advantage.
