Mitch Stein is a co-founder, CEO and chief impact officer of Pond — a reimagined nonprofit tech marketplace where the right tools find mission-oriented organizations and pay them for their time. Pond's goal is to put the best tools in reach for any organization by lowering the biggest barriers to maximizing technology — limited time, money, expertise and trust. Mitch is a fanatic about impact with a strong belief in the scalability of social entrepreneurship. He spent seven years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and the past 18 months developing Pond. Mitch believes the business world has way more to learn from nonprofits than the other way around. He is a board member for the LGBT Center in New York City and leading fundraiser for Cycle for the Cause, The Northeast AIDS Ride.

Kristin Giant is a co-founder and chief growth officer of Pond. She is an attorney and an impact evangelist — with more than a decade of service in the nonprofit sector as a fundraiser, board member and grantmaker. She has devoted her career to marrying for-profit efficiencies and nonprofit passion, with a specific focus on pouring into nonprofit leaders. Kristin is based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she is busy surviving and thriving while raising two boys.

Mark Becker founded Cathexis Partners in 2008 to help nonprofit organizations get the most from their existing technology tools, implement new technology to address gaps and find the best overall approach to using technology to support their missions. He previously served as director of IT consulting at a fundraising event production company focused on nonprofits. Mark also serves on the editorial advisory board for NonProfit PRO, where he contributes monthly to his blog, “P2P Fundraising Essentials.”
