South Dakota Helpline Center

Visionlink is excited to begin supporting the work of the South Dakota Helpline Center. This organization began in 1974 and was the first location to begin 211 service west of the Mississippi.

They serve thousands of people every year, connecting individuals to resources and support, connecting local agency volunteers, and offering hope to individuals with thoughts of suicide. Their core service areas include the 211 Helpline, Volunteer Connections, and Suicide and Crisis Support. They will be using Visionlink's Community Services system to provide resources and referrals to their community.
