Automated systems can aggregate content coming from particular blogs, people, companies, keywords, or some combination of these. But these systems require the reader to filter out fluff, dreck, and irrelevant content. Hard to use.

Why is that I could easily make the switch from PowerPoint to SlideShare -- from Word to Google Docs from Excel to Google Spreadsheets? Then I kept dual systems and finally about 2-3 years ago, I made a partial switch - may calendar. In Outlook, I have extensive folder file system with accompanying rules. So, nothing funky here.
