The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has released the new Disability, Inclusion and Work: Mainstreaming in all Policies and Practices Report. The study found that despite the employment rates of people with disability improving over the past decade, the disability gap in employment remains large. The employment gap is persistent as people with disability face a substantial disability skills gap. Low rates of employment are also responsible for high rates of poverty among people with disability. Read the report for full details, click here.
