Same as the blog, but requires a microphone and some audio editing software. You don't need to have fancy machinery to make this happen.

In my first six months, I got to help research and install a temporary exhibition, manage youth and adult programs, start a podcasting program, and learn how to run department budgets. Anna accepted my proposal. We had only eight people doing everything related to content and programming at the museum.

What I did for them when they finally decided to do it is pull the audio from it and they can make that a podcast and they put it on their website. You also want to incorporate your values into grant proposals, white papers, annual reports. Label it a podcast. That is from one action from one Zoom briefing. Everywhere you can.
