You can communicate through Trello, which reduces email correspondence and keeps conversations in a central place. With Dropbox you create a folder system that keeps every document in its place. Microsoft Teams: Email has its place, but using email for every communication with Board members, volunteers, and staff is inefficient.

Brainstorm with your team any pitfalls that may arise during the event and try to plan ahead for how to avoid them and what you could do if an issue takes place.
