It’s quite interesting, and it deals with the audio over phone issue (which is a major snag) by dispensing with two-way audio entirely, and just using one-way audio. This year’s best of class award went to VIA3 from [link] , followed by GoToMeeting and WebEx. I also looked at a system that The Gilbert Center has been using.
