We also were offered the opportunity to purchase a “ BeGreen Fan Tag ” that would offset our carbon footprint from travelling to Austin.

Lame spams of the day: confirmation from [insert social network name]

In the past 2 days I've received spams in the form of confirmations from MySpace, Habbo, Tagged, and Foursquare. Sure you're ready to let go of your friends, music, and that profile design you spent so much time creating? Sender: Tagged (Tagged@taggedmail.com). They don't look related, but it's an odd coincidence.

I was reminded of these two design principles when exploring the Johnny Cash Project , a crowd-created music video for a posthumous recording of Cash singing "Ain't No Grave." The collective outcome (a cool music video) is clear. He said: "Let's make a dynamic music video--and let's set up a tool so fans can help us do it."
