TechTalk public television show host Susan McKinnell interviewed Steven Clift about e-democracy including Issues Forums. TechTalk is produced by the University of Minnesota and appears on a number of public television stations.

RSS in Plain English and Uses For Nonprofits

Jason Zannon at DIA points to Commoncraft's brilliant "RSS in Plain English" Screencast. The video, coupled with Jason's excellent how-to piece, should be Web2.0 and nonprofits trainers' toolkits.

Michele Martin has an excellent post about how to make the most of Netvibes, an RSS reader, for nonprofit applications such as advocacy, marketing, and customer service. She includes "learning," despict that face that some feel learning makes us less productive.
