It incorporates many different ideas aligned with how people learn and how they learn best by moving away from the lecture and lecture notes and encouraging students to engage with their peers as they learn.

Do you constantly lecture yourself to work smarter? Whatever you choose, there are probably tutorial videos online that will help you learn to use them efficiently, raising your nonprofit productivity. I was grateful the other half were consultants or Convio employees who also positively participated in the discussion, which was more of an open exchange than a lecture. I'd say half the room fit our target perfectly, which helped make the session successful. I couldn't recreate the error, so it was an issue on her computer.

The Webinar format which lends itself to lecture is out of my preference zone. Thank goddness Beth Raney has this tutorial. First, my preferred method of instruction is to be more interactive and facilitate discussion. That only works with small groups on the phone, fewer than 12 or 15 people, not 100. I think showing the Web 2.0

A Strategic Communications Planning tutorial is available on their web site that covers the materials from their workshop, but here were some of the highlights for me: The pyramid of steps to creating a communication plan looks something like this: 1.
