I recently read the BERI report on bilingual labels in museums and was blown away by its findings. This qualitative, exploratory study involved tracking and interviewing 32 Spanish-speaking intergenerational groups in fully bilingual exhibits at four different science centers/museums.

I used, in terms of tracking donations, I used the Soft Credit function in our database and allowed that to keep track of a gift that came in from someone that was influenced by one of the young professionals board members. So then I could run a very easy report in that database to see which gifts were influenced by them.
