Online + Offline = Integration

When Cheryl and I first started talking about topics for this post we discussed that there’s a lot of interest in integrated marketing. However, it’s really interesting how integrated online and offline marketing has evolved into in 2011. Ten years ago online/offline integration meant sending similar messages at similar times to a direct mail list, complimenting with a single email and maybe a landing page and special donation form.
