Couldn't resist this one, Screencast-O-Matic (with some wikis thrown in) from Bamboo Project. I do this all the time with annotated screen shots to provide "just in time" answers versus typing out instructions. As Lifehacker notes , seems like this is a quick and dirty way to submit issues to tech support.
