More specifically, what about mapped data? Creating display maps – in print or as digital images – is easier than ever before, and interactive, web-based mapping is all over the place, so to speak. Some of this is a general cognitive truth, but a good part of that comes from poorly designed maps.

If all your communications are one-sided (you pushing info at them), that gets old fast and the relationship starts to fall apart. Map it out. This is a map that lays out the pages your site needs. When you think about your site map, think about your audience. Keep it simple.

Qui - for clients that are larger, we set up media citation reports (like a word doc with titles and links and relevant info about the mentions and how they should respond). Can’t wait!

It provided a restaurant guide with reviews, maps, and walking directions; movie reviews and show times for theaters; museum listings; a guide to bars and clubs; locations and contact info for local businesses; and even bathroom locations for cities around the U.S. I used it both on the road and at home. Give them a mini-agenda and map of the conference (show restrooms, etc. on the map) inside their name badge; n o need to keep pulling a big map out of their bag or looking up a web app (especially if there might be a spotty cell phone signal in the building). And then debrief as soon as possible.
