In October the City of Berkeley soft ordered 40 plug-ins and in December the city of Alameda soft ordered 98.

Locally, we run a project called the Technology Empowerment Project of Oakland. The idea of building capacity, particularly in an economic climate that is harsh, is a huge challenge for us.
