Kids Against Hunger packages and ships highly nutritious, life-saving meals to starving and malnourished children in developing countries and the United States. They have packaging network with a national headquarters and satellites in 14 states and Canada. Newman's Own is, of course, a great example of this model of giving.

Honduras 8. He's creating a network of volunteer doctors who'll regularly visit families in poorer neighborhoods. He's fighting hunger. They shut down one side of divided roads and completely close a bunch of others to create a huge network of streets and paths for pedestrians and cyclists (and any other non-vehicle traffic).
