While the technology is getting better and better ( here's a good list of options ), putting on a good web conference still requires some preparation and practice. For a large or high profile meeting, do a test run with 1 or 2 international participants. The presenter(s) should practice beforehand ? Below are some helpful tips.

Because mobile messaging is so new, there aren't many rigorous best practices or established guidelines. What's hard is finding a customer who wants to be a guinea pig as we explore new avenues of outreach. RI4A is almost as committed to rigorous A/B testing as they are to immigration reform. But it can also be frustrating.
