The first group consists of people who may have many years of experience in a nonprofit, may be in a senior management position with a nonprofit, but are new to social media.

The focus was on learning about "Network Effectiveness" and the specific topics included strategies for network impact, approaches to evaluating networks and tools for accelerating and assessing network impact. We worked in small groups by network purpose.
