I've just returned from organizing an electronics recycling conference in Cape Town, South Africa, where I met Dr. Hylton Villet, the chairman of MyDigitalBridge in Namibia. Namibia is a medium-sized country that borders South Africa. After Mongolia, Namibia is the least densely populated country in the world. One thing that Namibia has going for it is a stable parliamentary democracy and a government that clearly believes in digital inclusion.
