Grounded in the in-depth interviews and several ideation sessions, we proposed five new concepts to pivot V2I’s business model, which we jointly refined to two concepts. In the next step, we tested and validated these potential business models through user-shaping labs, including volunteers, charity partners, and corporate pro bono managers.
