At the time, nonprofits were primarily only using Myspace and YouTube. The media had made Myspace, and social networking in general, out to be dangerous, life-threatening even. Compile stats to share with executive staff. In June 2007, I presented my first social media training to a small group of nonprofits in Lowell, MA.

When looking at our google analytic stats, I usually note the number of visitors, sites that people come from and keywords. But sometimes, those stats don't really tell us anything. MySpace - to stay connected / reach out to potential supporters. Flickr - to host photos from events we have attended and hosted.
