I use an off site backup service from Backup Solutions. I also couldn't get Adobe Flash to install. Navigate to C:WindowsSystem32 Macromed Flash. Replacing the speakers didn't have any effect, so they replaced the motherboard. That did it. I found that their software wouldn't install under Windows 7. exe from Adobe. That did it.
