(it was the NMC’s 15th anniversary) that got rolled into a NMC@15 video , and a chance to sign up for 15 minutes of studio time on the John Lennon Bus to create a package of sharable music loops. Still later in the conference we saw numbers of about 30-60 viewers in Second Life and over 100 on the live Flash stream.

There isn’t a mobile version yet, but there is something called Gimp Portable that fits on a flash drive that you can plug in to a Windows PC. The lite version is a free online tool that allows you to add titles and music to a succession of photos, and the effect is incredible. It’s called Animoto.
