Last week, in addition to giving the ending keynote and facilitating a design lab for the Arts Brain Trust at the National Arts Marketing Project Conference , I was a participant in a pre conference convening expertly facilitated by Jennifer Edwards who is an organizational development consultant, dancer, and teacher. For the past five years, I’ve been an adjunct professor at Middlebury College in Monterey teaching a graduate course called “ Networked International Organizations ” for students pursuing an advanced degree in International Development. Classroom style with desks puts a barrier between the students and the instruction, especially when people are using laptops or tablets to take notes.
