He set up an infrastructure for people to evaluate submissions by giving it a yes, no, or maybe, with comments. For example, we received a photo essay that featured images taken months ago in French Guyana. How did you read them and cull down the list in the time you had? And that vagueness definitely did enhance the overall content.
