Environment aside, from a consumers standpoint it makes a tremendous amount of sense. It's much cheaper for the consumer; it's under a dollar a gallon to fuel your vehicle with electricity as opposed to gasoline, so there's a real consumer incentive to support this technology. BB: What's preventing this from happening?
