This looks similar to the American Airlines spam, but lamer. How many people 1) have secretaries (not me) and 2) charter airplanes (again, not me). I got two versions of this. One claimed to come from LinkedIn -- which would be a major change in their business model. Neither one had any graphics or formatting. My anti-virus flagged one of the attachments as a virus but let the other one in. Version 1: Sender: LinkedIn (welcome@linkedin.com). Subject: Charter flight reservation.

Most of these 419 scam emails aren't worth glancing at, but the language in this one was too good to pass up. Including links to real news stories is a nice touch. I liked the lines: one has to be very careful because a lot of scammers are out there to scam innocent citizens and this has made it very difficult for people to believe anything that comes through the internet but this is a different case.To Prove my sincererity, you are not sending me any money.
