Strategy Execution, Not Just Planning

Sand in the gears can slow an organization to a stop. Executives from the ALS Association will describe how the organization managed a HUGE change that demanded the sand be gone. For the first time the ALS Association has put a time-certain date on making ALS a chronic and not terminal disease. Getting that sand out became an imperative.
