A study conducted by Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Canada found job seekers have placed a greater bearing on the importance of an organization’s commitment to mental health, and will seek organizations that uphold such commitments. More than 85% of respondents indicated that they think employers should be focused on implementing mental health programs in the workplace. The results of this study conclude that employees are more focussed on mental health in the workplace than they were prior to the Pandemic.
