report led me to post on the concept of 'collabuary' raised in the report, which prompted Stephen Downes to comment in reply , trying to distinguish between folksonomies and collabuaries (which he thinks isn't a useful term; it just means 'vocabulary' or 'taxonomy'). There is an interest in a community filtering concept. Particularly if there is some momentum around using the NptechTag "folksonomy" to develop a more formal taxonomy. Some discussion around how a community developed taxonomy could be helpful to facilitate shared publishing between web sites.
