The Ukraine crisis has resulted in civilian casualties, injuries, and severe damage to civilian infrastructure. As the people of Ukraine oppose the invasion, many are forced to flee their homes and take up residence in shelters or in foreign countries as refugees.

If you’d like to contribute to relief efforts for the people of Ukraine, we’ve put together a list of vetted nonprofit options for you:

Nonprofits Helping the People of Ukraine

American University in Bulgaria

American University in Bulgaria created a fund to support students affected by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

CARE

CARE‘s Ukraine Crisis Fund is raising funds to help the millions put at risk because of the conflict. They’re providing urgently needed water, food, hygiene kits, and ongoing support in Ukraine.

Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders is working to ensure people’s access to health care and medicines during the conflict for Ukrainian people and communities.

Enactus

Enactus is collecting donations for meals, medical supplies, and other humanitarian aid. They’re hosting a packathon to send shipments of meal packets to Poland to aid with relief efforts.

Global Impact

Global Impact created a Ukraine Response Fund to support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.

International Medical Corps

International Medical Corps is raising funds to expand access to medical and mental health services for those living in affected communities.

International Rescue Committee

International Rescue Committee is raising funds to provide food, medical care, and emergency supplies to refugee families in Ukraine.

Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey

The Jewish Federation created a Ukraine Emergency Relief Fund in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. These funds will provide humanitarian assistance to the people of the Ukraine.

Kidsave

Kidsave is keeping children and families together in Ukraine, providing shelter, resources, and food.

The Red Cross

The International Committee of the Red Cross has been working in Ukraine since 2014. Due to the current conflict, they are increasing their response to the humanitarian needs in Ukraine. They provide emergency assistance such as food, water, and other essential items.

Save the Children

Save the Children‘s Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund was created to help provide children and families with immediate aid such as food, water, hygiene kits, psychosocial support and cash assistance.

Ukrainian Catholic University Foundation

Ukrainian Catholic University Foundation is raising funds to support humanitarian causes aimed to support refugees from Eastern Ukraine.

UN Refugee Agency

The UN Refugee Agency helps refugees and displaced families flee war, violence, and persecution in search of safety.

UNICEF

UNICEF is mobilizing to provide humanitarian access to families and children who have suffered the adverse effects of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Voices of Children

Voices of Children exists to ensure that no child is left alone with war trauma. They provide psychological and psychosocial support to children who have suffered as a result of war operations.

Windermere Foundation

Windermere Foundation is raising funds to be distributed to three organizations providing direct aid in Ukraine: Save the Children, Global Giving and World Central Kitchen. Donations will be distributed equally among the three organizations.

World Central Kitchen

World Central Kitchen is supporting families fleeing Ukraine and residents still remaining in the country.
