So I engaged them in a discussion about term “walking meetings,” and how to change the name as well as make accommodations. The participants came up with a brilliant solution – change the name to “StROLLing Meetings.”

The next step was for participants to draw another circle draw another big circle with pictures representing how the world might change for the positive. The drawings were placed on the walls and participants got to view them. The two worlds were placed side-by-side and participants were asked to draw arrows and label the interventions.
