As for the sound, I had an Audio-Technica AT899 lavalier microphone attached to record my voice. The middle sequences with the websites were captured using a combination of Adobe Captivate and TechSmith Camtasia Studio for Mac. A good mic will not only ensure good voice pickup, but will save you time post processing.
