Slideshare recently launched slidecasting, the ability to add audio. I'm gonna have to fireup audacity and give it whirl.

TechSmith also makes cool free/paid video capture Jing as well more complex Camtasia – all good. Though not a web service, the diagrams store as XML files which can easily be shared.
