About the presenters

Stephanie Dudley
Stephanie joined HUB International Limited in April 2019, in the SME & Program Practice.  Stephanie began her insurance career in 2000 and has extensive experience in both personal & commercial lines underwriting as well as broker management and distribution. 

Prior to joining HUB, Stephanie spent 18 years with Northbridge Insurance in Toronto, Ontario holding several leadership positions including, Director of Sales & Distribution, Director of Commercial Underwriting and  Director of National Programs where she gained extensive experience creating and successfully implementing a wide variety of Association and Affinity Group insurance solutions. ​ In her current role of Vice President, Small Business Strategy & Solutions, Stephanie is focused on building Association and Affinity Group relationships, as well as digital solution development. ​ Stephanie holds both a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) and CRM (Canadian Risk Management) designation.

Steve Primiani
Steve joined HUB International in 2014, as part of their Commercial Business Unit.  Steve began his insurance career in 1996 and has since acquired extensive experience in business development, account management and program negotiation/management.  Prior to joining HUB, Steve worked with a Global Broker where he managed complex Risk Management accounts before settling into their programs practice, at the development, stewardship and growth level.

During a career that expands nearly 3 decades, Steve has established his reputation in the industry for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and insurance companies that respect the interest and goals of each party. ​ In his current capacity as an Account Executive, Steve is responsible for a large book of business which is highly focused on the not-for-profit sector where he works closely with organizations on the development, marketing and implementation of tailored insurance solutions. 

Jeremy Ries
Jeremy joined HUB International HKMB Limited in 2015 and started his Insurance industry career in 2004. He has worked on a diverse book of business that includes programs, small and mid-market commercial risks. 

Since joining HUB Jeremy has been involved in the marketing and renewal of many Nonprofit and charitable organizations. He is responsible for an active book of business made up of nonprofit and charitable organizations with a wide range of unique coverage needs. He has an excellent professional network to service and facilitate client insurance solutions. Jeremy continues to enhance his knowledge by pursuing his Chartered Insurance Professional designation. He also holds a Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license.
