Nata is a village of 5,000 people in Botswana. Botswana has the second highest HIV infection rate in Africa. The Nata Village blog was designed and is administered by photographer/vidographer, John Rawlingson , and written by Peace Corps volunteer, Melody Jenkins, and Martha Ramaditse, who was born and raised in Nata.

It's really designed to make sure that all solutions are both emerging from the local community and tailored to the community's needs, and are developing the leadership skills of the most promising and emerging leaders at the same time. Then we would design the projects and implement them top down. Completely random.
