Evan Williams is the CEO and co-founder of Twitter. He also happened to co-found Pyra Labs, which created Blogger, the blogging tool that popularized the term blog and blogging, and Odeo a podcasting company.

Here is a video of him discussing how to listen to your users. By listening, the users (or in our case our consumers and their families) have helped drive the growth and development of your product(s).
