The idea for the project came from Nigerian blogger Ore Somolu who is presently working with a group of young women from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia on the Young Caucacus Women Project. The topic of virtual mentoring came up and Nancy shared these examples/resources. which I had taken in the fall.
