Almost all of us here are set up with the laptop screen and the main monitor. A lot of what we're doing is equally applicable anywhere else, and easy to adopt and take pieces from, just ones that will apply to any other co-working space. Also using two monitors is a great way of saving paper. So it is another way of saving paper.
