Have Fun - Do Good

I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and both sets of my grandparents came from rural Mississippi. For me there should always be an eye on creating community based food systems because I think that's going to be the way that we are going to feed more people in urban centers, and do it cheaply and efficiently. When we tap into sources that are more invested in creating sustainable food systems, and feeding communities, that's where we're going to get the food cheaply.
