The power of sharing allows individuals to come together in great “clouds” of activity, and allows them to focus their activity around a single task. Without that constant activity, the cloud dissipates, evaporating into nothing at all. Ethan Zuckerman recently did an analysis of tweets from Moldova and found this to be true.
