The Hunger Site started out as a pure click-to-give site (for every click a corporate sponsor makes a set donation), but diversified its fundraising techniques after the last economic downturn. I’m skeptical about whether a pure click-to-give site can succeed, especially in this economy. I hope they’ll prove me wrong.

The bonus is that it mashes up a variety of spammer techniques, starting with a list of 3-letter words running from "act" to "dry". Another newbie spammer playing with a toy? This plain-text spam has no sender, subject, formatting, or graphics. Nothing unusual there.
